March Favourites

Wednesday, 3 April 2013

I can't believe its April already and time to be doing my monthly favourites! I've chosen a selection of make up, skin and hair products this month instead of just doing make up. So I'll go through them each and tell you why I love them!

Vita Liberata Fake tanning mousse* - I was given this to test a while ago and I love it! It says that it lasts 2 - 3 weeks which I don't think it does, well at least not on me! But I dont really mind about that because I only ever really want my tan to last around a week. Its so easy to apply and gives you an even bronzed colour and looks really natural. I'm always really worried about streaky or orange tans because it's not something you can easily hide, but I think this tan works really well, although it is a bit expensive!

Bumble and Bumble Creme de Coco Shampoo and Conditioner - I got these as a Christmas present and I still love them now! My hair is in really bad condition from all the straightening I put it though so it's really hard to find shampoo and conditioner that work well for it. This set makes my hair soft and silky and helps get rid of all the tangles which is great because most shampoo leaves it feeling dry. I don't use this everytime I wash my hair because they are slightly expensive and I don't want them to run out so I save it for when I'm going out mostly. The bottles are small but I have used them at least once a week and they haven't run out yet.

Revlon Lip Butter (Strawberry Shortcake) - I bought this recently because I had heard a lot of good things about it and I love it! It's so soft and is really easy to apply. I use this as an everyday lipstick now because its quite sleek to go in my handbag and you don't really need a mirror to apply it, also, it works just like a lip balm and with all this bad weather I've been going through so many of them!

MUA Undress Me Too - This palette is a great neutral palette with a mixture of shimmery and matte shades so its great for creating loads of different looks, and its only £4! You can see the full review of this product here

Soap and Glory The Greatest Scrub Of All - I find it so hard to get exfoliators that don't make my skin go all red and itchy because I have really sensitive skin, and I also find that they can make my skin break out which is never great! I thought I'd give this one a go and I really like it. Its great for my sensitive skin because the exfoliating beads aren't too rough and it has made my skin really clear up since I've been using it.

Do you use any of these products? Also post your monthly favourite links in the comments box, I'd love to take a look at them!
