Collective Haul ft. Lush, Sleek, Real Techniques & Juicy Couture

Sunday, 1 December 2013

Hello Lovelies! First of all, I apologize for filling your feeds with yet another haul featuring Lush products, I know everyone is doing them right now, but there's something about Christmastime and December which just draws to into Lush, and I know I'm not the only one! I'm not usually one to shop in Lush as the heavy mix of smells in the shop used to give me a headache but this holiday season has completely transformed me into a lush addict, I can't stop buying bubble bars, bath bombs, soaps and showergels, and I know a face mask is bound to be my next purchase! Anyway, on with the haul as there are a few other bits I picked up too...

First of all I picked up this seriously cute Juicy Couture charm from TK Maxx. I love TK Maxx for finding a bargain and that is definitely what this purchase was. I picked this up for only £9.99 when normally it would have cost me £50! I remember seeing these in Macy's years ago when I was in America and wanting one so badly so I just couldn't resist when I saw this one amongst others in my local TK Maxx. The also had a cupcake, cocktail, and a lipstick all for just £10 and I'm very tempted to go back and get the cupcake! I chose the little frozen yogurt design because I thought it was so cute and would look great on my keys as I don't own a Juicy Couture charm bracelet.

The next thing to enter my basket was this Sleek brow kit. My Benefit Browzings kit is running extremely low at the moment, and although I loved it, I just can't be spending that much money on make up this month as all of my money is going towards Christmas shopping! I originally wanted to pick up the MUA brow kit as it's only around £3 but the woman in Superdrug told me that it had been discontinued! So I headed over to the Sleek counter and picked up this brow kit, which is pretty much exactly the same as the Benefit Browzings for about half the price. I'm really happy with this purchase and I will be reviewing this product in full soon.

I also picked up the Real Techniques blush brush while I was in Boots as they have some amazing deals on Real Techniques at the moment - this only cost me £5! At first I was unsure about buying this brush as I'd heard a lot of people complain that it was too big, but so far I love it. It's super soft and makes it really easy to achieve the natural flushed look with your blusher.

And lastly, I headed into Lush. The only bubble bar I have previously used from Lush was the comforter and since using that, I have a serious Lush addiction. The first item I picked up was the Snowman Bath Ballistic. This is one of the bath bombs which fizz in your bath while filling it with bubbles. I haven't used any of these products yet so I will post full reviews once I have, but this smells amazing. The Snowman has a light chocolate scent and I couldn't really go into Lush without buying from their Christmas range!

I also picked up the Candy Mountain bubble bar which one of my twitter followers recommended to me. This smells so sweet and girly and smells a lot like Snowfairy, so if you love that then you're sure to love this bubble bar. I decided to go for nice sweet scents instead of fresh scents as I usually have my baths before bed and these sweet scents are perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

And lastly, I picked up the Sunnyside bubble bar slice. I really wanted to try out one of their glittery bubble bars as they look so pretty, but most of the glitter fell off mine on my way home and is now sitting in the bottom of the Lush bag, but it still has quite a bit of glitter on it so hopefully my bath water will still look the same. This bubble bar has a much fresher soapy, citrus scent and I can't wait to try it out and see what my bath water will end up like!
