Spring Wishlist

Sunday, 16 February 2014

Hello Ladies! I honestly can't believe how quickly this year is going, it's almost March already! Now that Spring is approaching I thought I would show you all what's on my wishlist. Some of these items I obviously won't be buying due to funds, but I'm hoping I'll be able to treat myself to some of these items this season!

1. Nars Sheer Glow Foundation - Do I really need to say anything about this product? This has been on my wishlist for a long time now, but I've never purchased it due to the price and the fact that it doesn't have a pump, which is a pet hate of mine. I've never heard a bad word said about this foundation so I'm hoping one day I'll get the chance to try it out.

2. The Narsassist Palette -  Yet another beauty blogger favourite, this palette burst on to the scene last month and I've had my eye on it ever since, but there's no way I could afford to spend £50 on an eye-shadow palette right now. I'm a big lover of neutral palettes and love my UD Naked palettes to bits, so there's no doubt that I would love this, but seeing as it's limited edition, I doubt I'll be getting my hands on it.

3. MAC False Eyelashes - I've recently stopped wearing fake lashes so much for nights out, mostly because I don't like any of the ones I have. Back in the day, I used to love really fake looking lashes but now I've realised that they actually looked terrible and more natural looking ones definitely do look better. I've seen a couple of pairs in MAC which look really natural and look like they would blend in with your own lashes really well. At £10 a pair, they may seem expensive for fake eyelashes but that's only £4 more than eyelure! I may pick a pair up and save them for a special occasion though.

4. Bobbi Brown Nude Palette - Yet another neutral palette, I know, it's an addiction. I've never tried anything from Bobbi Brown but I've always heard great things so there's no doubt in my mind that these shadows will be just as great. It was the shimmery shades which really caught my eyes with this palette as they look like you could easily wear them everyday, as I already have too many 'night out' eyeshadows.

5. Chanel Glossimer Lipglosses - I've had my eye on the Chanel Lipglosses for ages now, but have always stayed away due to their high price tag but if I was going to splash out, then these are definitely what I'd go for. I love the coral shade and think it would be perfect for Spring and Summer. The bright pink shade is from their new spring collection and would be perfect for when you want to go for showstopping lips. Bright pink lips are very in this spring so looks like I'm going to have to wave goodbye to my neutrals!

6. Ted Baker Purse - Mint green is one of my all time favourite colours, along with most pastel colours so I instantly fell in love with this purse when I spotted it in Selfridges one weekend. Ted Baker's whole spring collection this year is mint green and baby pink, so I was pretty much in heaven when I stepped into his store. I really need a new purse as my Primark one is completely falling apart and this one is right up my street.

7. Origins Ginzing Moisturiser - I instantly fell in love with this product when I smelt it at an Origins event last year, the citrus scent is beautiful and I love the bright orange packaging. This moisturiser is supposed to brighten and wake up your skin, so it sounds like it would be great to use on all of those early starts!

8. Origins Drink Up Mask - Yet another Origins product, this is another one I smelt and fell in love with at the Origins event I attended last year. This has a really fresh fruity scent and it feels really lovely on your skin. My skin can sometimes get very dry which is really uncomfortable so it would be great to have this in my skincare collection to use when this does happen.

9. Benefit High Beam - I've already gone through two bottles of this and I love the stuff! I use this under my brown bone to help highlight my brows, but it also works to help shape them as the liquid helps me create a more accurate arch. However, this little bottle costs around £19, so I don't think I can repurchase it straight away!

10. DKNY Be Delicious Perfume - I've loved this perfume since the first time I smelt it years ago. I love fruity and fresh scents so this is perfect for me. I'm not in love with the packaging but I can overlook that for the scent with this perfume. For one reason or another, I've never asked for this when I've asked for perfume for my birthday or Christmas as it always slips my mind, but maybe I will buy it for myself this year.

11. Clarins Lotus Face Oil Treatment - Like I said, my skin goes through phases of being very dry and irritating, so this product would really help my skin in it's time of need. I've tried this once before when I had an allergic reaction to something which made my face go very very dry, as my mum lent me some of hers, so I know how brilliant this stuff is. The only reason I haven't picked this up is because of the price, for a tiny little bottle, it'll set you back around £45 which is a little out of my price range.

12. Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub - I really only want this for the colour and the taste. Obviously my lips would benefit and be a lot smoother than they would be if I didn't use this, but really I just want it because it tastes like sugar and its bright pink haha!

13. Yankee Candles in Summer Scoop and White Chocolate Bunnies - I'm a big Yankee Candle fan and already have too many as I can only really burn one at a time, but when I saw that they had released a White Chocolate Bunnies candle for easter I immediately wanted it. I also really love Summer Scoop which was released last year. I may only pick little samplers of these up though as I already have enough candles!

14. Benefit Porefessional Agent Zero Shine - This is one of Benefit's more recent releases and although I've heard mixed reviews, I still really want to try it out for myself. I loved the Porefessional Primer so this product sounds like it would be great for me. I have very large pores and my skin does get very shiny throughout the day, so anything that will help blur my skin and keep shine at bay is a winner with me!

15. Rebecca Minkoff Medium M.A.B Tote - And finally, a new spring handbag. And what a surprise, it's mint green! I love pastel coloured handbags and this one looks like it's exactly what I'm looking for. Ted Baker also have some really lovely mint coloured handbags in at the moment too, but I thought I had already included enough on this wishlist!

Wow, I want a lot of stuff this Spring! Clearly, most of these items will stay where they belong, on my wishlist as I'm currently saving for a holiday and a car but it's nice to dream!
