Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Fearless | Review & Swatches

Wednesday, 26 March 2014

Hello Ladies! This week Tarte Cosmetics will finally be available in the UK at QVC so I thought that it was about time I told you all what I thought of the Tarte Amazonian Clay Blushers. For ages now I've wanted to get my hands on one of these, so I was thrilled when I received one at the launch party for Tarte.

The Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Fearless* comes in a cute little compact which includes a mirror making it good for travelling. The packaging is quite plain and fuss free, which I don't mind as it fits nicely into my make up storage and having the colour of the packaging match the colour of the blusher is really handy when you own more than one.

Fearless is a beautiful rosy pink colour which is really pigmented and buttery soft. I apply this using my Real Techniques Blush Brush and I found it really easy to work with and blend out to achieve a natural flushed look. One thing I would say though is be careful of being too heavy handed - this blusher really is pigmented which is great, but if you use a little too much you'll probably end up looking like a bit of a doll!

Overall, I really love this blush, Fearless is a gorgeous colour which I think would work well on a number of skin tones, and I definitely want to pick up some more when I next get paid. Have you tried any of the other shades? I'd love to know which ones are your favourites!
