Hello Beauties! I hope you're all well. Now, I've made it no secret here on Lipgloss & Lashes that Autumn make up really isn't my thing. No matter what the season, I tend to go for a shimmery neutral eye and a pink lip, however this year I really want to make more of an effort to try out some more autumnal looks. So today I thought I would show you an everyday Autumn look which I created using drugstore products. Clearly, this isn't a full on vampy autumn look (it really wouldn't suit me) but it's something that you could create quickly and wear on an everyday basis this Autumn.
To start off with, I primed my face using the Rimmel Stay Matte Primer. I'm not too sure what I think of this product yet as I'm still testing it, however it does seem to make my make up last a little longer. Next, I applied the Revlon Colourstay Foundation using a Beauty Blender to thin it out a little as I find it just too thick for me personally. To finish off my base, I applied a little of the Healthy Balance Powder from Bourjois. After I'd finished my base, I moved onto to my brows and used the Rimmel Brow Pencil in Brown and brushed them through using the little brush with comes with the pencil. This is an excellent drugstore option and I think it only costs something like £2.99! I also applied a little of Pixie Pink Blush by Sleek.
I decided to keep my eyes simple for this look and only used a matte brown mineral eyeshadow by e.l.f and a black liner, also by e.l.f. I then of course added mascara, this time I opted for the Volume Glamour Curl by Bourjois which is amazing. I then finished off this look with my lips. Autumn is the time for berry lips so I could hardly just finish with a neutral lip. For this lip look I used the e.l.f lip balm (looks like a lipstick though) in Plum which is a gorgeous berry colour and perfect for Autumn, and also so so cheap!
Lots of Love,
Becky x x
This is such a fresh, pretty look. I definitely need to pick up the Rimmel brow pencil, I've heard so much about it.
