Hello Beauties! I hope you're all well? For the past few days I've been feeling seriously under the weather, so instead of carrying on with the final bits of my dissertation, I've decided to stay in bed and hopefully rest off whatever illness this is. While I've been doing that, I've had plenty of time to work on my blog...which resulted in me taking over 500 photos in one day, so expect to see lots of new content over here in the next couple of weeks! Anyway, since having my hair cut a lot shorter, I've been making the effort to keep it really healthy. I have very curly hair which I blow dry and straighten every other day, which obviously takes it's toll on my hair, so to counteract this I try to use moisturising haircare and treatments to help it out a little, and the latest range I've been trying is the Ultra Moisturising range from GNS Professional.

Firstly I just have to say how amazing both of these smell. They smell like warm sugared donuts without being too sickly sweet, actually, if you've ever smelt the Oatmeal and Honey range from TIGI, they smell pretty similar. In fact, the everything about these products is pretty similar (apart from the packaging).

The shampoo and conditioner both contain natural ingredients such as moroccan argan oil, Macadamia oil and Shea Butter, as well as being Sulphate and Paraben free, so they're really nourishing for your hair. I'm a big fan of using argan and macadamia oil in my hair and find that they really help to limit the damage to my hair, so I've really been liking using this range, particularly the conditioner.

The conditioner has a really thick consistency, a bit more like a treatment mask than your regular conditioner, which I really like. It feels like I'm really treating my hair when I use it, and it makes my hair seriously soft. I did also like using the shampoo, but I felt that it was a bit too much to use on my hair on a daily basis. I have quite greasy roots and found that although this shampoo didn't make them feel greasy after washing, as I've experienced with other brands, I did find that my hair needed washing more often which was a bit of a pain.

Overall, I've been loving using this range, and would really recommend the conditioner in particular. If you've got dry or coarse hair then I'd definitely consider this range next time you need to purchase some new shampoo/conditioner.

Lots of Love,

Becky x x
